We know that selecting the perfect item online is never easy. That is why we offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy – return the item to us in the condition you received it within 28 days of receipt and we will refund you. We ask that you pay for the cost of posting the item back to us unless the item you have received is faulty.

There are some items we cannot accept back once opened unless faulty such as wigs, face paint, hosiery and items used upon the face or within a body orifice. This is to ensure the hygiene of our products – we hope that you understand.
