WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE POSTED?
Orders received before 2pm UK business days are posted the same day. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends / public holidays are posted the next business day.Â
Orders containing "Online Exclusive" items received before 2pm UK business days will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched within two working days.
UK DELIVERY SERVICES:
Royal Mail 48 -Â this service provided by Royal Mail can take up to 2-4 business days, however most items arrive within 2 business days.
Royal Mail 24 -Â this service provided by Royal Mail can take up to 1-2 business days, however over 90% of items arrive within 1 business day.
Special Delivery - guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following business day after dispatch within most of the UK. This service is only available on services under 2kg and does not guarantee the arrival of your item on a Saturday. Please note, the next business day service is only available if ordered before 2pm UK and for items which are NOT 'Online Exclusive', each of the prior will incur a one business day dispatch delay. For example, if an 'Online Exclusive' item is ordered on Tuesday at 2pm, it will then be dispatched via Special Delivery on Thursday for delivery on Friday before 1pm. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES:
Our standard International services are Royal Mail International Tracked and Royal Mail International Signed depending on the country the order is being posted to. Royal Mail aim to deliver items using these services within 5-7 business days within Europe and 5-12 business days to the Rest of the World. Please note these estimates are not guaranteed. We can also provide quotes for express services with different couriers, please contact us if this is the case.
